Express Premium Delivery Service Across Bangalore* City Limit | Delivered in 6 Hours Max.

Terms & Conditions :

• Products are being delivered in 6 Hours* across Bangalore City Corporation Limit only.
• *Delivery Service Available for the orders placed between 9 AM  and 2 PM Only
• Service is available only on working days excluding on Sundays and public holidays.
• 6  hours delivery promise may not be applicable if the delivery location is outskirts of Bangalore city limits or if there is a traffic jam, bad weather conditions, movement restrictions, road blocks etc.
• No refund if delivery happens on the same day or next day of the order placed in case of events beyond the control of estorewale team.
• It may not be applicable for the products which are not stocked @ our warehouse. In those case we will communicate to buyer and may need additional time to arrange them.
• If the order placed after on and after 2 o’clock then delivery will happen 2 PM of next working day. Example : If order placed at 2:10PM on Saturday will be delivered on Monday by 2:00PM
• This delivery service applies only to the products costing below Rs. 20,000/- and weighing less than 20kgs.
• This service includes multiple products ordered in a single order but the value of the orders are limited to Rs. 20,000/- and weight should be within 20kg.
• No refund of premium delivery charges if order placed for other locations other than Bangalore.
• It may not be possible to meet 6 hours delivery schedules if delay in payment confirmation if used other means of payment mode such as GooglePay / NEFT etc. Buyer need to communicate to us about the remittance of the payment.  Products will be shipped only after confirmation of remittances & confirmation of deposit to our account.
• Service is available only in Bangalore city limits only on normal working days except on Sundays and public holidays.
• Examples for Delivery  Services:  1. If an order is placed @ 10 AM on any day ( Monday to Saturday) except on holidays it will be delivered before 2 pm on the same day.   2.  If an order is placed before @ 2.00 PM on any day ( Monday to Saturday) except on holidays it will be delivered before 7 pm on the same day.    3.  If an order is placed after 2 PM on any day ( Monday to Saturday) except on holidays it will be delivered before 1 pm on the next working day.
• You may be required to notify us on whatsapp after placing the order for swift action. 

• It might not applies when there is a risky and bad climate situation and when the delivery executive cannot travel by two-wheeler in the event beyond the control of estorewale.
