  • Are you authorize  website to sell APC Products?

Yes. We are authorized online portal by APC Schneider to sell all their products. You can see our listing on their website under online partners. You can also find us in every product specifications under the buy now section.

  • Is this site managed by APC by Schneider Electric ?

Yes. This website is directly managed by APC by Schneider to market & sell the products of APC.

  • Is Ordering Online Secure?

Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website (or through any other means).  The server that hosts our bookstore encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.  During the encryption process, information is scrambled into small bits of code that cannot be read as they travel to us over the Internet. Once we receive the encrypted information, we use a private, one-of-a-kind key to decode it.

  • Do You Have Cash On Delivery Option?

We are Sorry. Currently, we do not have the option of COD

  • Do You Deliver the product to a particular pin code?

Yes. We deliver the product across India through FedEx and India Post. If it is bigger Item, kindly check with us by sendig WhatsApp message. We will confirm as soon as possible typically in 2-3 hrs.

  • Can I make offline Payment/ wire transfer?

Yes. You could make offline payment by NEFT/ RTGS. You can make offline payment by scanning the QR code also. You will get account details when you place the order for offline payment while placing the order.

  • Can I get a further discount?

Usually, the price displayed on our site is final. However, we can workout further discount in case of corporate and bulk deals for which you need to send your requirement by giving all details such as your company name, address, GST No., the product required, specifications etc. to support@estorewale.com. We will revert with the quote for making an offline transaction.

  • I need more quantity for my organizations. Can I get a discount?

  •  Will I get GST input credit (ITC).

Yes. You will get 100% ITC benefit,  provided that you mention your correct GST no. while checking out.  If the GST no. mentioned is wrong you will not get the credit. If you notice the GST No mentioned on the invoice is incorrect or not mentioned please bring to notice as soon as you receive the product so that we will correct the same on priority.

  • Will I get GST Invoice?

Yes. All products sold by us are genuine and you will get GST paid invoice for every item goes out of our warehouse.  You will get the invoice copy (hardcopy) on the top of the box pated just behind the address label.  You will also get the softcopy to your registered mail id.

  • What is the courier you use?

We normally use FedEx as our preferred courier options for all our surface transport mode. If the FedEx surface is not available to the given Pincode then we try other shipping options like GATI, Delivery etc. All our air shipment is being sent through India Post (Speed Post) and hence reach every location in India.

  • What are the payment options available?

Currently, we accept all Credit / Debit Cards, Internet Banking, Cash Cards, Wallets, UPI Payments, Google pay through Payumoney online gateway and Offline modes such as QRcode Scans, and  NEFT and RTGS as an option.

  • I need product on GeM ( Government e-Market Portal) will you support me?

Yes. We can support you on GeM portal for limited SKU’s but not all.  Please share the details to support@estorewale.com to take it further.

  • What is the Return Policy?

Normally, We do not take back the product we sold as all products sold by us are factory sealed and with manufacturer warranty. In case of any issues from day one, you need to get in touch with APC Support and log the service request, so that the technician comes to your place and either service or replace the product. However, we may assist you in getting the issue resolved in case if you find it difficult.

  • What is the DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy?

We provide 21 days Dead on arrival Support. In case of any issues within 30 days of invoice date yo will get the brand new unit as a replacement from the nearest APC service center.  Please click here to understand the DOA policy

  • How to manage in Case of Physical Damage?

We pack every item with special care with bubble/ plastic wrap on original packing. Normally physical damages do not happen. However, in case of physical damage reported immediately are taken care and a replacement from the nearest APC service center will be arranged in a weeks time.   • How can I track my Item?

Every buyer will get the e-mail with the tracking docket no and the shipping service provider once the item is shipped. Please visit their respective website and track with the docket no. provided.

  • How many days to take to ship my product?

Usually, we ship on the same day of placing the order if the order placed before 1 PM. If it is placed later, then it would be shipped on the next working day.

  • How many days does it take to reach me?

It depends on your location.  Usually in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad it is next day delivery. Other location may take 2-7 days as it is the surface mode transport. If it is air shipment (smaller items except for battery) it takes 1-2 days.

  • What is the refund policy?

We refund the orders if it is requested before shipping the product.  We will deduct 5% gateway transaction charges before making the refund. It is not possible to make the refund once the item is shipped. It is also noted that it may take upto 10 working days to credit to your original account where you have made the payment from.

  • Why the delay in responding to chat?

We strive to support 24/7, however, when we are attending the other customers and during non-peak hours there may be a delay in response.  However, if we miss your chat, we will call you or communicate by mail and try to resolve your queries, please be leave your questions in details so that we can get back to you with right answers. Make sure that the contact details shared are correct to communicate/contact you.

  • Will I get a reply on my WhatsApp chat?

Yes. You will get a response for every chat on Whatsapp typically in 2-3 hours max. Normally you will get an instant reply.

  • Will you offer credit?

We do not offer credit to end customer. However, for corporate customers, we can offer credit against submitting a few documents further legal approval and credit sanction. For details on credit process please send mail to support@estorewale.com

  • What is the Warranty Term?

All APC UPS products come with two years onsite warranty including battery.  Few products are with one year warranty and mentioned in the product listing.  RBC Batteries are with One year carry-in warranty. Warranty starts from the day we bill to you, not from the manufacturing date.

  • Is there an  EMI Options?

Sorry. We do not have EMI options but you can pay through credit card and covert it as an EMI at a later stage by contacting your credit card company as every credit card company today has the option of converting the outstanding as EMI.

  • Where can I get product details and specifications?

We have listed all products specification under the DESCRIPTION  and Specification Tab under each product.  You will also get the manufacturer link for each product under specification Tab.

  • How to Register the Service Request in case of an issue with the product?

You need to call APC toll free no and register the service request.  Please make sure that you have required product details such as product sl. no. and model no. before you call them.  Call center agent will take all details of your product and address and share you the case id.  Once the case id is generated you will get service at your doorsteps within 48 hrs in case of A & B Class Cities and up to 72 Hrs in case of  C class cities.  Alternatively, you can also send them the email with all your unit details and your address details and with the narration of the issue.

  • Can I get the address of offline stores near to my home?

We are sorry.  We cannot provide the nearest partner address other than Bangalore as we do not have access to it. You can either buy online from our store or call customer support for getting the nearest retailer details.

  • What is the advantage of buying from estorewale.com than the amazon.in

We are an official store who are focussing only on APC products and can give you more attention than the competitor.  Buyers are not sure who will sell the product as it is not sold by Amazon directly and it solely depends on seller credibility which buyer may not aware of.  We are better at the pricing in almost all cases. We provide additional warranty for most of the products which amazon cannot provide.  We give personal attention in case of issue and see that it is resolved at customer place.  A business customer can get the GST benefits by claiming the ITC.  A business customer can make NEFT /RTGS payments for smooth accounting flow.

  • What is the Final Amount I need to pay?

The price shown on our site is the basic value of the product without GST. When you add these products to cart you will get the final value by adding the respective GST and the delivery charges which is the final amount.   The final amount varies on the product and location.

  • Can I get Coupon Code?

Coupon codes are available from time to time and changes based on offers.  You can check current available coupon codes on the banners if it is common or you will get the special coupons if you are our regular buyer. If it is applicable in general, you will also get when you start chat conversation as welcome offer.
