One Year Free Extended Warranty (Return to the bench -RTB) for APC UPS provides the expertise, services, and support for all Back-UPS sold by by EIPL with a unique and free carry in extended warranty support to customers with effect from 1st April 2019. Our services offer a smart way to protect your equipment, ensuring that your system is always operating at peak performance, thereby prolonging its lifespan together we can develop a solution to maximize system availability, increase efficiency, and meet your budget.

During each Preventive Maintenance (if opted) visit, our Certified Field Service Engineers will run tests to verify your system is functioning correctly in all operational modes, stopping problems before they start.

  • What is Included?

All spares, Service charges are included in the 3rd year extended warranty.

  • What is not included?

a. Onsite Visit Charges, b. Battery, c. physical or liquid damages, d. burns of PCB or the burning of internal components. e. Extended Warranty voids if the product is handled by 3rd party service provider, Unauthorised Service providers.  f. Extend warranty is considered as void if the product is not used with the recommended RBC battery.  An extended warranty may not be applicable to the products where the 3rd party batteries are used.

  • Is it possible to convert as onsite support?                                                                                        

Yes. Customer can opt onsite support by paying onsite visit charges as per the prevailing price list.

  • How to get the service?                                                                                                                 

During the first 2 years standard warranty, the buyer may call APC Support on 1800-103-0011 or 1800-425-4272 and log the complaint. So that it will be attended at your doorsteps within 48 Hrs by the nearest service center. Alternatively, you may also send the mail with all details to indiainfo @ by giving complete details of your issues, contact details, address, product model no and sl. no.  along with the purchase invoice.

When there is an issue after the standard 2 years warranty period (During 3rd year Free Extended Warranty period), you may send mail to and schedule a visit or  plan to send the unit to our service center in Bangalore (address given below).  The service center will verify the UPS and repair at free of cost within 48 Hrs.   In case of physical damage, altered, opened by 3rd party, will be informed to the customer and repaired after giving the estimation for repair cost and subsequent approvals.  In case of the battery, failure customer needs to replace the battery at their own cost. This Free extended warranty service is not available in local locations except on the seller locations as in the address given below.

  • What is the Document Required to get Free extended support?

The customer needs to provide the purchase invoice provided with product sl. no. All specified APC BackUPS purchased from our store from 1st April 2019 are under the extended warranty program. (refer the applicable models at the end of this documents). There is no separate warranty card/invoice is issued by specifying the 3rd year warranty as we are recording the serial nos. in our records and registering for 3rd year free extended warranty. Since it is Free value ad and exclusive to our customers only, it is not mentioned on the sale invoice about 3rd  year free extended warranty.  However, it is registered in our system internally for 3rd year free extended warranty with respective sl. no. and hence eligible to claim.  You may keep the order copy  (Mail ) and the purchase invoice as proof for your future reference.

  • What are the Product Models Covered?                                                                                                                               

All Backup models upto 1.5KVA  i.e.  BX600C-IN / BE700Y- IN / BE800-IND / BR1100C-IN / BR1000G-IN / BR1500G-IN if mentioned on the order / sku on our web-store.
