1. Delivery Charges :
a. We charge Delivery charges based on the product weight, delivery across India, currently we ship to Indian locations only.
b. Customer can also place the order for picking up the item from stores by providing the address and id proof. Alternatively they can also avail the delivery at their doorstep by paying the actual delivery cost. Please allow 24 hrs. to arrange the delivery.
c. For Service packs / Software / Digital products customer will get only the link to download the product or documents hence no delivery charges are charged for these products.
2. Duties & Taxes ( GST ):
a. All prices mentioned are inclusive of GST (GST Value may be shown separately).
b. All customer could claim GST ITC Benefit, for which buyers are required to provide their GST nos. before billing either by mailing us or filling the GST Number in designated field during the checkout. It may not be possible for us to include GST nos. in invoice once billing is done and item is shipped out.
c. Though there is no octrai across India after GST era, In case any Octroi charged in any state will be paid by buyer and paid directly to the courier company.
3. Handling & Packing
a. We do not ship expensive and bulky items (such as printers / UPS / Laptops / Mobiles / Tabs which are usually shipped through surface / land transport ) to few locations and hence you may not be able to place the order. However, you can try to place the order by changing your pincode no to nearest bigger cities or you can also think of changing the shipping address to the nearest bigger cities. Any orders received from non-service locations are refunded within 24 Hrs. of placing the order without any further communication. Please co-operate on this matter for the saftey of your interest.
b. We are unable to ship for few north eastern states and do not expect orders from buyers from these states such as Jammu & Kashmir, Orissa, West Bengal, Bihar, Assam, Utter Pradesh, Noida, Arunachal Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Jarkhand, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizorom, Sikkim, Uttarakhand etc. Buyrs may place the order only when they are ready to wait upto 30 days for delivering the item and may not ship without the sales tax / statutory requirements are to be fulfilled such as road permits and Forms. Buyers are required arrange / fulfil the requirements of such forms and permits in their respective location. If not, order will be cancelled and refunded. We shall cancel & refunding the order if we do not have shipping service / no stock of items etc. or any other issues beyond our control.
c. We ship through reputed couriers and Provide shipping information on the same day of shipment. You may also receive the soft copy of the invoice which will also contain both courier company name and docket details on request.
d. We ship most of the orders on the same day of placing the order if placed when the order value is less than Rs.500/- and placed before 2 PM. Order Placed after 2 PM will be normally shipped on next working day. In few cases, when the item is out of stock, we may take 3-5 days to ship the item. We are closed on Sundays & Public holidays in Karnataka.
e. If at all there is a delay in shipment due to unavoidable circumstances then we will contact buyer within 48 Hrs. If we are unable to ship within 48 Hrs. we will make 100% refund to the buyer.
f. We use only reputed couriours for Dispatching the item. If your location is not under the serviceable location of FedEx / BlueDart, we will not ship and shall refund immediately. All surface shipments are done through Bluedart/Fedex only.
g. Order placed requesting speed post delivery or any other courier services may also be refunded within 7 days of placing the order without any further communications. We do not entertain such request for any locations.
h. Make sure that the shipping address & Contact details are correct before placing the order. We are unable to change the shipping address or contact details as invoice and shipping labels are generated automatically against placing the order. Verify the contact nos. before placing the order, If the given contact no is wrong / not responding we will not be shipping the item to those buyers.
i. Every care is taken for packing so that the item reaches the buyer safely and undamaged. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the packet received by them is in a non-tempered condition.
j. Don’t accept the packet if it is not sealed , for any doubts open packet in front of courier personnel and return the pack if the item is found to be broken or damaged.
k. Please don’t complain about the damaged item received once accepted from courier.
4. Return & Warranty Policy
a. All Product sold in our store are supported by the manufacturer directly, Please place the order only when you are agree with with it. Since we are selling only branded and factory sealed products, if product fails, even after one day of delivery, you should approach only the nearest authorised service centre for all Mobile / Tabs / Laptops & UPS. To avail the manufacturer warranty, the buyer needs to contact the respective service center of the company.
b. Buyer is responsible for all return postage and shipping charges in case if we ask you to send back the defective item. (Please do not complain or negotiate on this).
c. Full refund including shipping charges will be given if the item is not despatched by us in 30 days of returning the item in your original mode of payment.
d. Buyer will not be liable for a refund if the item that is returned shows improper use, improper handling or physical damage, missing manuals, parts and accessories, original packing box. The item will be returned back to the buyer.
e. Refunds for items are only given if we are unable to provide the buyer the new replacement. Refund will not be given if buyer does not like the item or for any other reason.
